    I'm sorry, I don't understand what this stunt is expected to achieve. To me, it's just awful and I sincerely hope the Clock Tower has not been damaged in any way!

    It's definitely a feature of interest! Would've been a pain to construct without planning... It kinda looks like the shirts are hugging the clock tower...?
