Powis Grove

Where, in 2004, there was a hospital staff car-park:


 Morgan Carn Partnership, Brighton Architects, designed five, 3 storey houses with basement parking:


Which are now completed:


With the result,  one feels, that the modern era has stamped its contribution on the Victorian streetscape without detracting from, or dominating, its attractiveness. 

Unfortunately, the same can't be said for the communual refuse bin.

  1. Clearly not a low cost housing development. I think the bin's there to reserve parking for the Audi A7.
