Chaos in Churchill Square

Scenario:-

• Fire engines called to alarm in the shopping mall.
• Fire engines park on bus stops causing bottle neck & westerly bus queue.
• Bus trying to negotiate bottle neck collides with taxi.
• Irate taxi driver refuses to move taxi until police arrive causing easterly bus queue.
• Result - Buses at a standstill in both directions and more chaos than usual . . .
